We collect this information in a number of ways, including through web forms, authority documentation, phone calls, email, our website, and from third parties such as energy providers and metering providers. In some cases, we may also use publicly available information.

We use systems provided by Energin Pty Ltd, a related entity under common ownership. Energin supports us by providing technology, data processing, and back-office services.
Authorised personnel within Energin may access Personal Information where necessary to support the delivery of our services.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure. This includes a combination of technical safeguards, internal processes, and access controls.
Some of our team and service providers, including those engaged by Energin, are located outside Australia, including in the Philippines. This means your information may be accessed or processed overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
We retain Personal Information only for as long as required. In most cases, this will be at least 7 years to meet legal and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
