James is a CPA with over 15 years experience in commercial accounting and insolvency administration. He moved into the energy sector in 2010 to use the knowledge he gained in the corporate sector to offer solutions to Australian businesses looking to minimise their energy costs. He is the founder of three successful and growing businesses.

Tim has an engineering background who applied his skills to become an architect of strategic plans in the energy sector. He is also an expert in data insights and reporting. Tim helps draft strategic plans for businesses looking to reduce their energy costs as well as steering various facets of Leading Edge Energy′s business operations.

Ewen’s journey into sustainability started with building off-grid houses from natural materials that are powered by solar, wind, and thermal mass energy systems. The knowledge he gained from that experience has served him well over the last 8 years he’s worked in the Australian commercial and industrial energy market. As a sales manager, Ewen displays strong leadership and people management skills, a strong capability for analysing complex energy strategies and contracting for large businesses, and a well-honed sense for process improvement, all of which make Ewen a vital member of the Leading Edge Energy team.

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, Technical Manager Ben has consistently been able to combine his understanding of business fundamentals, marketing, sales, and finance with his years-long experience in the energy industry, where he was able to deeply immerse himself in the energy markets, to help businesses become more energy-smart. Ben’s keen skill for analysing complex energy strategies and contracting for large businesses, and his dedication to customer service make him valuable to the Leading Edge Energy team and our clients.

Krystle has over 12 years of experience in the Energy industry. She has a strong electricity retailer background with leading expertise across the Commercial and Industrial electricity market including Account Management, Contract Negotiations, Progressive Purchasing Products, Wholesale Markets, Meter Data, Meter Transfers, Greenfield Sites and Network Tariff Optimisation. Krystle’s natural ability to understand customers’ needs and her passion for finding tailored solutions for businesses drive her success.

Caitlin has years of experience maintaining and strengthening client relations having worked as a contract administrator and customer experience coordinator. At Leading Edge Energy, Caitlin’s responsibility is to ensure that our clients meet their energy goals by negotiating with our partner energy retailers to provide bespoke electricity and natural gas quotations, looking for opportunities for saving on energy, aiding with contracting matters, and advocating for clients when needed. Outside of work, Caitlin loves to keep fit and indulge her adventurous spirit by travelling and discovering exciting new experiences.

Shannon comes in from the UK with a decade of experience in the energy industry. She advanced in the field by developing an acuity for processing contracts, tendering, pricing, business reporting, and more. Among her skills, she believes relationship-building and active listening will be invaluable as she takes on the role of energy management consultant for Leading Edge Energy, a company renowned for providing businesses with tailored solutions to meet their specific energy goals.

Neha has 2+ years of experience in the energy industry and 3+ years of experience in account management. Through the years, she was able to cultivate strong small market procurement experience with expertise in contract negotiations, managing multisite portfolios, and managing Strata and body corporate accounts. Neha is passionate about her customers and is always determined to go above and beyond to find tailored solutions for our clients’ energy needs.

Katie has been working in the energy industry for 9 years as a SME account manager. In this time she was able to gain experience in contract negotiations, multisite portfolios, whilst also developing a strong portfolio in Strata and/or Body Corporate clients.

Jonalyn has had 2 years of experience being a customer service representative, coupled with a year of experience as a sales representative. Throughout this time, she was able to learn how to interact with clients, understanding their wants and needs, and learning the best ways to find and deliver the most appropriate solutions.
